Features:
- The luminous part is RGB; you can change the color with the remote control, adjust the intensity and the light effect (steady or flashing).

MADE BY ROTATIONAL MOULDING

Operation
The material, usually powder, is loaded into the mold and the mold is rotated simultaneously on two perpendicular axes inside the oven.

Rotational moulding is a technological process that allows manufacturing hollow objects with uniform thickness without welding points.
It is a production technique with low environmental impact, since the fusion of the powders is carried out without direct contact with flames or heat sources.
The thermal oven works by heating the environment in which the mold is located, which in turn heats and molds the raw material it contains by induction.

Final finish
This technique is especially advantageous for the process flexibility, low waste production and low cost of the molds used.
Liquid coatings are used for plastic finishes, as plastic material is more receptive to them. Especially suitable for metal and plastic surfaces, liquid paint has no limits regarding shades and colors, making it suitable for a wide range of applications
