Terms of Sales
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter only “General Conditions”) govern the sale of products marketed and visible at the time of the order at the addresses (URL) of the SINED websites. All product purchase contracts concluded, via the SINED websites and according to the procedures indicated there, between the supplier and the customer, will be governed by these General Conditions.
A – Definitions:

2B. C – Purchasing terms

D – Payment methods
1D. Advance bank transfer
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the reason must be indicated.

4G.6 Personalized or tailor-made products or requested with particular specifications going beyond the standard products for sale on the site (see artistic products, couture, furniture, etc.)
4G.7 Products once installed or assembled (for example, ceiling fans, air conditioners, etc.) cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal.
4G.8 It is not possible to apply the right of withdrawal to products broken under warranty.
5G. Without prejudice to any possible repair costs due to proven damage to the original packaging, M.P.C. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL will reimburse the customer for the entire amount already paid, within 20 days from the return of the goods, by transferring the amount debited to the credit card or by bank transfer. H- Cancellation or rejection.

4I.
