Terms of service

Client: Natural person who acquires goods and services from M.P.C. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL, with registered office in Via Tortona, 21ª, 20144 Milano.

Supplier: M.P.C. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL, entity that sells goods or services through online sales on the website www.SINED.online

Products: Those offered in the electronic catalog at the time of ordering and visible in the URL of the SINED site.

B. Acceptance of conditions

Formation of the Contract: The contract between the Client and M.P.C. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by SINED, which may accept it at its discretion.

Order confirmation: The Customer will receive an email confirmation which must be checked and corrected for any errors by contacting SINED.

C. Terms of purchase

Product catalog: only products present at the time of purchase and visible on the site can be purchased.

Price: All prices are subject to change and do not include shipping or installation charges.

D. Payment Methods

Bank transfer: The order will be processed after receipt of payment on the M.P.C bank account. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL.

Credit Card and PayPal: Transactions are authorized at the time of purchase. In the event of cancellation, release of the amount committed will be requested.

E. Delivery

Geographic scope: orders are only accepted within European territory.

Shipping costs: Payable by the customer and specified when placing the order.

Delivery times: They are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of M.P.C. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL.

F. Shipping Costs

Additional Costs: These will be added at checkout as specified.

G. Right of withdrawal

Deadline: 14 days after delivery to terminate the contract without penalty, subject to conditions guaranteeing the integrity of the product.

Exceptions: not applicable to perishable products, open computer programs, personalized products, among others.

Return process: The Customer will cover the return costs and will be responsible for them until receipt in the SINED warehouses.

H. Cancellation or rejection

Cancellations: possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, charges will be applied in the event of rejection or non-collection.

I. Guarantees

Coverage: All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and a 24-month conformity guarantee.

DOA (Defective on Arrival): Replacement or repair in accordance with manufacturer's policies.

L. Confidentiality

Data processing: personal data is collected and processed only to fulfill the contract and will not be transferred to third parties.

Mr. Complaints

Contact: Complaints should be addressed to M.P.C. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL through the channels provided on the site.

N. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Legislation: the contract is governed by Italian law and any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts, depending on whether the Customer is a consumer or not.

O. Changes to Terms

Updates: M.P.C. MUSSO PERSONAL COMPUTER SRL may modify these conditions without notice, taking effect upon their publication on the site.

These conditions apply to all purchases made on SINED.ES and require the Customer's acceptance to proceed with any transaction.
